1 Package Stir Fry Beef, fat trimmed (3/4-1 lb)
2 tbsp Corn Starch
3 medium Oranges, zest, juice of two oranges, segments of the third
½ cup Low-Sodium Broth
2 tbsp Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1.5 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Ginger
1 clove Garlic
2 large handfuls Green Beans
3-4 Green Onions for garnish
Zest oranges, juice two of them, and segment the third.
Mix beef with 1 tbsp cornstarch and orange rind, toss to coat, and set aside.
Mix remaining 1 tbsp, the broth, orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes.
Heat a large non-stick skillet, or a wok, add in 2 tsp oil, add in beef, cook through 2-3 minutes. Transferring to a plate.
Add the remaining 2 tsp of oil, add ginger. Add green beans, peppers, and garlic and sautee until crisp but tender 2-3 minutes.
Add in sauce mixture, stirring until it boils and thickens.
Add beef back in with orange segments and stir until thoroughly coated with sauce.
Serve with rice and green onions to garnish!
–Remember that this is your recipe, add the veggies that you want! Any kind of peppers, carrots, beans, even zucchini or celery would be fantastic.

-Freeze your ginger and grate, much easier to work with!
